Open plan allowing you all to communicate freely. The table can easily sit 6 people, creating a perfect dining experience to bring friends and family together.

A beautiful relaxing living room for any occasion. Whether you wish to put the fire on, sit back and watch a film, the living room must be one on the most loved rooms of the house. With the state of the art UHD 4K Samsung TV with entertainment, it is perfect for all ages.
Landing Area
Simple, yet rewarding; the landing is open, bright and airy. Local iron spindles from the next village, with selective wall art, the landing leads you off to the relaxing bedrooms...and did i forget to mention the Spa bathroom!

Sleeps 2; it is fully equipped with bedside tables, lamps for two and a UHD Samsung Smart TV. Why not bring your own films on USB or watch catch-up TV? Have NetFlix? Why not sing in on our 200Mbps Broadband?

An enclosed private south facing garden with many different features, capturing the sun from dusk till dawn. With a patio seating area too, its perfect for those looking to enjoy the fresh Cornish air.
A beautiful old, but modern holiday cottage...
The cottage was built in the 1700's, but has been completely renovated to suit today's modern living, while retaining the older features. Perfectly located in the picturesque village of Menheniot, a short 10-minute drive from the coastal town of Looe, or a 5-minute drive to the worlds famous Cheesewring Tor, situated on Bodmin Moor.
Menheniot village is in the beautiful countryside and consists of a well-kept playing field and playground for young children, a local Shop with fresh local produce, a small Post Office, a 1700C Church and a quiet country Pub; ideal for great food and beverages...a perfect holiday destination and location to get away from the hustle and bustle of today’s living. All these amenities are within a stone’s throw of the property. With excellent connecting roads in and out of the village, you can get to your intended destination with ease.
The cottage has ample off-road parking, which is also on site and private, enough for 3 vehicles. With a South facing garden and patio area to the rear of the property, you can relax and enjoy alfresco dining on those beautiful sunny Cornish days. The cottage is the perfect home away from home, and is ideal at any time of year.

White Hart Cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and has everything needed for a relaxing break. It is just as described and shown in the photos. The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful local area. We found all of the information provided to be very clear and appreciated the amount of detail given. He phoned a few days before arrival to make sure we knew where to go and to answer any questions we might have and even went out his way to put up a few decorations and leave us some goodies as we arrived on my mums birthday.The accommodation is a cosy traditional cottage with tasteful modern touches. The generous garden was perfect for enjoying the summer evenings and making the most of the sunshine. The location of the cottage is situated in the middle of a very peaceful village which was perfect for us wanting to escape the city. It is less than an hours drive to Newquay or St Austell allowing us to visit lots of activities Cornwall has to offer.The accommodation was very reasonably priced. So much so that we were a little nervous that it would be nothing like the photos but thankfully this was not the case! The host Seb was fantastic from the start, great communication and plenty of information about the house and the area. The house has been renovated to a high standard, the jaccuzi bath was fab after a long day and a firm favourite with my son. The village is lovely with a grwat park and shop nearby. Great base for exploring cornwall. We visited looe, polperro, st ives and polkerris beach is highly recommended. Dartmoor zoo was fantastic for the kids and on a rainy day trethorne leisure park is brilliant.
